ChemBridge has grown to over 270 employees worldwide covering chemistry, biology, project management, logistics, business development, sales & marketing and administration. Our Moscow research site has a large chemistry team with a high ratio of chemists holding Ph.D. and M.S. degrees. Our production, formatting and logistics groups have been delivering high quality service and products for over a decade. To provide timely support to our clients, we have representatives based in both the US and Europe, with distribution support in Japan. Eugene Vaisberg is the key founder of ChemBridge Corporation and its spin-off ChemBridge Research Laboratories, Inc., and has served as Chairman and CEO of both companies since their inception in 1993 and 2000, respectively. His major responsibilities include the overall corporate growth strategy, which has fueled the company's steep, self-funded growth from a small entrepreneurial start-up to a global enterprise with over 270 employees. He has established major research collaborations, including strategic alliances with Merck and Pfizer. Prior to founding ChemBridge, he held various research and management positions of increasing responsibility in the pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and biotech industry, from research scientist to CEO of a international joint venture company with Roche. He received an advanced degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry in Moscow, Russia in 1979 and completed corporate senior executive training at Roche in Basel, Switzerland in 1988.

Sergey Altshteyn is a co-founder of ChemBridge Corporation and has served as its President since 2006. He is also a co-founder of ChemBridge Research Laboratories, Inc. He has been responsible for all aspects of ChemBridge operations in Moscow, Russia since the founding of the company. Prior to ChemBridge, he founded and successfully operated Biopol, the first entrepreneurial venture in Russia for production of reagents for the molecular biology and genetic engineering industry. He received his advanced degrees in chemistry and biochemistry in Moscow, Russia in 1984 and completed the Manchester Business University management training program in 1990.
