Building Block Orders, Hit Resupply Orders, and Small Screening Compound Sets
The most cost effective method of ordering is to use our online chemical store, www.Hit2Lead.com, which can be accessed through the Search & Order tab or directly at www.hit2lead.com. Hit2Lead.com provides up to date availability and discounted online pricing. Alternatively, you may place your order with Customer Support by emailing support@chembridge.com a list of ID’s and desired amounts or by faxing this information to +858-451-7401.
Compound Library Orders (Pre-plated Sets and Larger Screening Compound Selections)
The best way to place an order for a larger screening compound set or for one of our pre-plated libraries is to contact your ChemBridge sales representative (see the Contact Us page for more information). If you do not have the name of your representative, you can submit your request to sales@chembridge.com or contact us by phone at +858-451-7400. If you have already completed a selection and would like to check pricing and availability, you can provide the list of ChemBridge ID’s as a text or spreadsheet file (or in the body of an email), formatted as a single column of ID values. Please indicate the desired amount per sample (in umol or mg) and any special formatting requirements. After pricing and availability have been confirmed, you will be issued a quotation that can be used to place an order.

After a client places an order for ChemBridge compounds or library, the order is entered in our computerized order processing and logistics system. Most of the orders are formatted and packaged in our Moscow lab facility. We take every possible measure to ensure that your order is processed and handled exactly to your desired specifications. Every step of our formatting and packaging process is controlled via a bar-code tracking system, resulting in a mistake-proof operation. Depending upon the size and formatting requirements, an order generally takes 3-5 weeks before it is delivered, but could take longer if any custom packaging is required.
Each shipment is accompanied by a full set of documentation in electronic form, provided on a CD-ROM. The disk contains an electronic SD (Structural Data) file and a Database file prepared in ISIS/Base, which correlates each compound's unique seven or eight - digit ChemBridge ID number with the chemical structure of the compound and its formula and molecular weight, in addition to the position of the compound in the particular plate/box.
