VAST: A Virtual Database of Synthetically Accessible Small Molecules for Hit Generation and Library Expansion
ChemBridge has introduced a new, large database of lead-like and drug-like structures that can be used for hit generation, hit explosion, hit to lead and library expansion projects. The new VAST Structure Database represents structures that can be synthesized (in micromole/mg quantities) by ChemBridge by combining reagents from our unique collection of intermediates and templates, our ChemBridge building block collection, and our collection of commercial reagents. The Virtual And Synthetically Tractable (VAST) Structure Database offers approximately 300 million structures with heavy atom (HA) count up to 29 and an additional 400 million structures with HA count from 30 to 34. We can provide as SMILES with ChemBridge IDs and can limit to a specific HA count range based on your preferences. Compounds can be delivered according to your format requirements.
